Welcome to our online book membership platform (the “Site”, “Service”). By registering for a membership and paying your subscription fee, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service & Licensing (Access Only)

Access, Not Ownership: Your membership fee of R60/month grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and read the content provided on our platform.

Restrictions: You do not acquire any ownership rights, copyright, or intellectual property in any of the books or content. You strictly agree not to copy, download, distribute, screenshot, share your login details, or commercially exploit any content on the Site.

2. Billing, Fees, and Automatic Renewal

Subscription Fee: The current membership fee is R60 per month. We reserve the right to adjust this pricing with at least 30 days’ notice to you.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the anniversary of your sign-up date. Your chosen payment method will be billed automatically.

Currency & International Users: While priced in South African Rands (ZAR), international banks may apply conversion fees. If you access the site from outside South Africa, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

3. Cancellation & Lapsing Policy

Cancellation Rules: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Access Termination: Upon cancellation or if your monthly payment fails/lapses, you will lose all access to the books and content immediately at the end of your current paid billing cycle. No content rolls over, and no permanent downloads are permitted.

No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-month, you will retain access until the end of that specific billing period, after which access will be revoked.

4. Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Services

Third-Party Services: We use third-party payment gateways (e.g., PayFast, Peach Payments) and hosting providers to run this Site. We are not liable for any errors, security breaches, downtime, or failures caused by these third-party providers.

“As-Is” Provision: The platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the library.
